Audit 2024

End of year financial audit to 31st March 2024

We are now undertaking the annual audit process and all documents will be posted here.

Our dates of the period for the exercise of public rights are commencing on (c)    Monday 1st July 2024  and ending on (d) Friday 9th August 2024

We are required to declare that the status of the Accounting Statements are unaudited and that the Accounting Statements as published may be subject to change; 

13th September 2024 - we have received Notice of our Conclusion of Audit.

We are required to publish the following documents:-

  • Notice of Conclusion of Audit
  • Section 1, Section 2 and Section 3 of the AGAR (Annual Governance and Accountability Return)

Attractions to visit include the stunning 12th century Malmesbury Abbey, 15th century Market Cross and the Athelstan Museum with a painting of Malmesbury Abbey by JMW Turner. There are also lovely walks along the River Avon.
