Help to Grow - Subsidised business course for Wiltshire businesses

Wiltshire Council have partnered with the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) to deliver the government-backed Help to Grow: Management course for Wiltshire SMEs. The first Wiltshire-based programme starts on 23 November, and there is still time for business leaders to sign up.

The programme includes 50 hours of in-depth training, one-to-one business mentoring and the opportunity for leaders to grow their business, fast.

The 12-week programme is 90% subsidised by the Government, with a cost of just £750 for the business. Business leaders can take part around their existing work commitments and access learning through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions.

Aimed at senior leaders in small and medium businesses, the course covers strategies for growth and innovation, leading high-performance teams and digital adoption, as well as financial management and responsible business practices. They will hear from inspirational business leaders and learn alongside local peers, with access to a national alumni network.

By the end of the programme they will develop a tailored business growth plan to increase productivity and grow their revenue, and help take their business to the next level.

Businesses can step through the door to growth today and sign up to this course: https://www.uwe.ac.uk/business/business-services/innovation-and-funding/help-to-grow
