Charity Christmas Cards- New Click and Collect Service

 

‘Click and Collect’ your charity Christmas cards during and after lockdown.

Well, phone or email and collect to be honest!

Keep calm ! We have our usual wonderful selection of beautiful charity Christmas cards on offer from the TIC. You may not be able to come in and browse at the moment, but you can still see all the cards then order and collect from the Town Hall. This service will be in place for the remainder of lockdown and continue until 23rd December.

We have cards from 27 worthy charities with beautiful designs, there should be something to please everyone. Most packs contain ten cards of one design.

All that choice at your fingertips and most importantly an amazing 70% or more of the sale price of the cards goes to your chosen charities.

Here is how to do it:

STEP 1 

Choose your cards - Just look below and write down your order including the charity name and card design name. (There are a limited number of packs for each design, so please have some alternatives in case we have sold out of your first choice.)

 

STEP 2

Place your order - Call the TIC/Town Hall to place your order on 01666  822143.

You can place an order or pay Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.

STEP 3

Pay – Make your card payment over the telephone.

STEP 4

Make a date - A specific day and time to collect your order will be arranged with you.

STEP 5

Collect  - Come to the Town Hall foyer at the arranged time where you will be met by a member of the team and given your cards.

 

For your safety COVID -19  measures are in place at the Town Hall including:

·        Social distancing must be observed at all times.

·        Mask wearing by all staff and customers.

·        Use of hand sanitiser on arrival at the Town Hall.

·        Staff will sanitise their hands and wear a mask before and during preparation of orders.
