Malmesbury Remembers - Remembrance Sunday Service - 13th November 2022

Malmesbury remembered this weekend. We gathered on Sunday morning at the Memorial Gates for the service of remembrance for the families of the fallen in Malmesbury. And then at 2.00pm we attended the Abbey for the Service of Remembrance. We were joined by the Deputy Lieutenant of Wiltshire, Ms Claire Garrett, the Under Sheriff of Wiltshire, Mr Christopher Bromfield, Captain Thomson from Buckley Barracks, PC Jo Phelps from Wiltshire Police and Chris Harvey and Jamie Johnstone from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service. During the service they joined our Mayor in laying wreaths.

The ATC, Girl Guides, Brownies, Scouts and Cubs also attended.
