Christmas Carols in the Market Cross with the Mayor

Christmas Carols in the Market Cross with the Mayor

The sun came out on Saturday for the annual Malmesbury Concert Band Christmas concert in the Market Cross, collecting for the Mayor's charities.

The Mayor was joined with the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Robert Hastings and Deputy Mayoress, Barbara Firth.  Councillor Gavin Grant was also present, representing HEALS of Malmesbury.

A grand total of £242.25 was raised for the Mayor's Charites - HEALS and Malmesbury Foodbank.

A big thank you to Malmesbury Concert Band for putting on this free concert every year and to the good townsfolk of Malmesbury for their generosity.
