It is open from 8am to 11pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm at weekends.

It is not an Emergency Service: Call 999 in an emergency.

Call 101 for non-emergencies.

Based on what you would like you will be put in touch with one of Registered Volunteers or a local Community Group.

Local NHS support -  Mental health hotline for adults in Wiltshire by the Avon and Wiltshire NHS Partnership:

The Avon and Wiltshire NHS Partnership has set up a mental health helpline for adults in Wiltshire (and Bath and North East Somerset and Swindon. The number is 0300 3031320 and more information can be found here: http://www.awp.nhs.uk/advice-support/24-hour-support/.

Support for mental wellbeing for children and young people

Mental health issues can affect people of all ages and young people are no exception, so it is vital that we continue to raise awareness of such an important issue and ensure young people have access to the support they need, which includes the following:

Local NHS support -Mental health hotline for children and young people in Wiltshire by the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust:

A children and young people’s mental health helpline has been launched in Wiltshire by the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust which runs children’s mental health services in the region.

Anyone concerned about a child or young person’s mental health (or the child or young person themselves) can phone the helpline and speak to mental health experts who will provide advice, guidance and support over the telephone.

The helpline will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be contacted as follows:

This free to download mobile app looks like a weather app so if a partner has control over personal devices, it should not be noticeable. Support with home security

The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust

During the current lockdown we would like to notify you of the services still available through The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust to those over 60 or 18+ with a registered disability.

Our team of Home Security Operators are still securing the homes of victims of house crime and domestic abuse.  Our office team are on hand to give telephone support and advice on a range of home security issues.  Please call 01380 861155 and leave a message, your call will be returned within a few hours during working hours.  Our operators are also delivering Personal Protective Equipment for Wiltshire Police across the County.
