Please find following our latest update. It is also on our Facebook page

  1. It is really encouraging to see so much positive energy across the community going towards to provide practical help and support to each other as the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation develops.
  2. We have put in place plans so we can keep delivering our day to day services as well as we can. We have also added to our ability to support tele-conferencing and remote communications.
  3. We are keeping in close contact with Wiltshire Council. Their online COVID 19 Information Centre is at http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/public-health-coronavirus?
  4. We had a first tele-conference call this week with a cross-section of local community organisations, including our schools, Abbey team and many other groups to share additional ideas for practical plans and actions to support the best possible assistance for vulnerable and at risk members of our community while this situation lasts. This will lead to further steps being implemented within the next week.
  5. We are working closely with Malmesbury Town Team and fully support their reach out activity across the local business community. Reports and ideas developing from this will be given on https://discovermalmesbury.life/. We strongly encourage everyone to make the best use possible of our fantastic local shops and hospitality providers and our great other local businesses and suppliers throughout this incredibly challenging time.

We will continue to update as needed.
